This month, we celebrate Black History. For me, Black history is and always will be U.S. history.

Success…something we all strive for at some time or another. I think it’s important to decide for yourself what success looks like and how you plan to get there.

My Two Cents on…Failure.

Somewhere along the way, the word “failure” became a negative thing. But in reality, failure is the precursor to success. It is in our failures that we gain growth, knowledge and in experience…the things needed for success.
